Accra Hearts of Oak forward Asamoah Afryie Boateng is expected to sign a Two-and-a-half-year contract with Singapore Club Duli Pengiran Muda Mahkota FC after just a season with the Rainbow Club.
Asamoah Boateng joined Accra Hearts of Oak ahead of the 2024/25 Ghana League season from Nations Football Club where he scored 11 goals in 29 games for his club in the 2023/24 Season. Before joining Nations FC the attacker had already had stints with Legon Cities in the Ghana Premier League.
The 27-year-old has been instrumental for Hearts of Oak this season as he has featured in 8 out of 10 games for the club. The attacker however missed the games against Meadeama Sporting Club and Vision Fc where the Rainbow Club secured victories in both games.
Duli Pengiran Muda Mahkota Football Club are two-time Champions of the Singapore Premier League and have won several honours including the Brunei Super Cup and the Brunei FA Cup.
Duli Pengiran Muda Mahkota FC are currently 6th on the Singapore Premier League table with 21 points from 18 matches played. Hearts of Oak will receive 150 thousand dollars from the Singapore club for the signing of Asamoah Boateng.
