Koforidua Senior High Technical School (KSTS) beat Adonten SHS and Ghana National College to progress to the next stage of the ongoing 2024 National Science and Maths Quiz.
KSTS won convincingly with a score of 46 points against fellow Eastern Regional rivals in the second quarter-final contest after Tamale SHS had booked the first semi-final slot.
Adonten led the race in the first round after amassing 14 points against KSTS’s 12 points and Ghana National’s 10 points. Koforidua Senior High Technical School later took over in the second and third rounds with 24 and 6 points respectively.
KSTS has secured their spot in the semi-finals of the 2024 National Science and Math Quiz and will be hoping to win the competition for the first time in its history.
