After being ranked 64th globally in the previous FIFA Ranking, Ghana has dropped six places to the 70th position in the latest Rankings of Nations Team by Football’s Governing body FIFA.
The Black Stars of Ghana failed to record a win the the latest international break after recording a loss at home against Angola and a draw against Nger in the 2025 African Cup of Nations Qualifiers.
FIFA released the latest rankings on September 19th, Argentina, France, Spain, England, and Brazil have accumulated the top five spots in the World respectively. Morocco has been ranked 14th in the World and 1st in Africa below Germany and Above Switzerland who placed 15th globally.
Cape Verde, Georgia, Albania, Jordan, and the United States of America have surpassed Ghana as the Ghana National Team has been Ranked 70th in the World below the above-mentioned countries.
The Black Stars of Ghana will be hoping to redeem their image when they face Sudan in the next game during the international break at home.
