Ghanaian attacker Jordan Ayew has joined the Black Stars of Ghana ahead of the 2025 African Cup of Nations qualifiers against Angola and Niger.
The attacker made a transfer move from English side Crystal Palace where he has been playing since the 2018/1019 season to Newly promoted side Leicester City in the 2024/25 Season.
Jordan Ayew after Joining Leicester City has played three games for the club and scored one goal in the process. His only goal for Leicester City came against Tranmere Football Club in the EFL Cup.
The deputy Black Stars Captain has joined the Senior National Team after gaining a call-up from Head Coach Otto Addo. The 32-year-old is expected to add his experience to the rest of the team ahead of the Angola and Niger games.
The Black Stars of Ghana will take on Angola on September 5 2024 at the Baba Yara Sports Stadium in Kumasi before traveling to Morocco to face Niger in the second AFCON 2025 Qualifiers game.
