A young man named Patrick Mensah of the Kwame Nkrumah University of Science and Technology sadly passed away a few days after graduating from school.
According to a Twitter post made by “Voice of KNUST”, the school’s online news hub indicates that the deceased died at a Falamsey site after attempting to rescue a young man who was drowning at the same location.
Patrick who studied BSc Agric Biotech wrote his final exam on August 26, 2025, and arrived home the following day only to meet his untimely death.
According to family members of the 26-year-old Graduate, he left home to visit his friend at the Galamsey site which is something he has been doing whenever he arrives home during vacations only for him to face this unfortunate incident.
